Big changes are coming for dogs across Perth

Where welfare-first, science-backed behaviour coaching meets deeply personal care.

Launching Soon

If you’ve ever hurried an overwhelmed dog home from a chaotic group class, or crossed the road yet again to avoid another dog on your walk, you already know traditional dog training has a missing piece. The real challenge rarely happens in a controlled classroom. It happens at 8pm in your living room, when your dog hits the "witching hour"—biting your ankles, barking at the wall, or refusing to settle, and you're left entirely on your own, trying to guess what to do.

SnoutSage Behaviour and Training is here to bridge that gap.

Whether your dog is a few months old or has been finding things hard for years, it’s never too early or too late to help them feel safe.

When my own dog was struggling emotionally, I quickly realised that standard obedience advice just wasn't reaching the root of what she needed. It wasn’t until I discovered the clinical, welfare-first frameworks used by Behavet that we finally found our footing and saw real, meaningful change.

That transformation completely changed everything for me.

Part of it lit a fire in me—a deep passion to make sure other local families wouldn't have to struggle through the dark on their own. The other part of me (the total nerd) instantly wanted to know why and how it worked on a scientific and behavioural level. Driven by that mix of deep passion and a need for evidence-based insights, I enrolled at the Canine Behaviour College to bring that exact blend of heart and science to dogs and their people across Perth, in-person and online, from my base in Mount Lawley.

The SnoutSage Difference

Good training isn’t simply about getting a dog to do what they’re told. We look far beyond basic obedience commands like sit or stay.

Instead, we listen, focus on what is driving the behaviour, and look at how your dog actually feels, their sleep hygiene, and their physical health.

By combining low-stress virtual coaching at home, real-world skills around Mount Lawley, and a daily WhatsApp text and video safety net, you’ll essentially have a behaviour coach right in your pocket. With patient, practical support, difficult moments become manageable, and life together can feel easier and more joyful.
